Founded in 1993, by Ted Dacey, Electronic Land Services, Inc. is a leading full service title insurance agency located in Rye Brook, New York. Because of our manageable size, we are able to offer personalized service that is not possible at large companies. We think of ourselves as a title insurance boutique.

Together, our principals and sales specialists have almost seven decades of experience in the title insurance industry. We are known for our knowledgeable problem solving and quick turnaround to any situation that arises. Clients appreciate the fact that we utilize the latest technology, but we haven’t forgotten the importance of providing white glove treatment. And of course, we always deliver our reports on time.

We have processed thousands of title orders ranging in size from a single home mortgage refinance to a $200 million dollar development. Our participation in countless major commercial real estate transactions includes Fortunoff, Nokia, LCOR and Mercy College.
